These terms govern your use of the Work Time App.

Scope

The app is provided to you for personal use. The features available are described in the app stores and within the app itself.

Your responsibilities

You agree to use the app lawfully and not to misuse it. In particular, you will not bypass security mechanisms or place an excessive load on the systems.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app reliably available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be changed or discontinued; we will inform you of significant changes in an appropriate way.

Liability

We are liable only to the extent permitted by law. For damages arising from the use or unavailability of the app, liability is limited to the extent provided by law.

Location reminders

Location reminders are an optional assistive feature. Whether they are detected and delivered depends, among other things, on the operating system, the permissions granted, device settings, location accuracy and the availability of system services. A reminder therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Location reminders do not automatically record, start or end a duty. You remain responsible for recording your working time completely and correctly.
